Over the years clients have commented, "Your attention to detail and customer service is exceptional. "I just humbly say, I'm old school and that's the way we do things around here." The real answer is... It all began back in 1976. My grandmother suggested to me cutting grass would be a great way to earn spending money. So armed with her mower, gas can and broom I made my way up and down the streets of Riverdale over in Hampton. My outstanding customer service had them calling me back summer after summer. I landed my first real job in 1984 with Southeastern Landscaping in Williamsburg VA. I worked my way up through the ranks and spent 15 years fine-tuning my lawn care skills. After that, I worked a short time at different jobs before finding my way to IES commercial where I worked for ten years. When my son needed spending money I suggested the same thing my grandmother told me years earlier, "Cutting grass is one way to earn money, but if you don't do a good job they won't call you back." "Okay!", he said, and off he went up Oakglen Drive in Burbage Grant. Slowly over time his client list grew, but just like us all, it became time for a real job, so he handed the mower over to his brother. By this time I realized this would make a fantastic part-time job so I teamed up with my younger son, invested in professional lawn equipment, obtained a business license and did some local advertising. Over the years we have grown and still have most of the clients my first son started with just a small testimony to the quality of work we provide.
