Information Policy and Procedures for all potential new clients is for us to receive information which includes name, phone number, and address before any service or services begin. This information is typically gathered during our first visit. Potential clients can also send their information beforehand electronically either through text or email. If the potential client decides to use our service their information is then put into our system and placed on our weekly or bi-weekly cutting schedule. They will then receive a text verifying they are now a new client with their client number, day and time slot.
Day & Time Slot We do not overbook time slots. Every weekly and bi-weekly client has the same day and slot for the season.
Rain or Washouts All clients automatically receive what we call our," General notification" text. This is to ensure our clients that we are aware of the situation and that we will be arriving late or service has been postponed. Once the rain has stopped and grass is dry service begins.
Trimming Around Your House We do not trim around cable, telephone, alarm or any type of electrical wires along your house. We strongly recommend using round-up control along these areas.
Dog Poop Clients are responsible for picking up dog poop before service begins.
Obstacles In Yard Clients are responsible for stowing away or moving obstacles such as garden hoses, garden tools, toys or any other obstructions before grass cutting begins on day of service.
Spring Clean Ups Spring clean up additional fee.
After Storms Clean Ups After storm clean up additional fee.
Additional grass height is typically with bi-weekly clients during the months of July and August. This will occur if we experience daily thunderstorms, clients over watering, multiple days or weeks of hot humidity, extensive moisture in the air or moisture in the grass. These bi-weekly clients may be subject to additional fees if yard needs more time for double or triple cuts with extensive feathering. We automatically provide feathering with every service this is always done so there are no clumps or hedge rose of grass blocking sunlight and killing the grass underneath making bare spots in the yard.
Bagging with Push Mower Bagging with push mower additional fee of five dollars ($5.00) per 39 gallon clear plastic leaf bag.
Bagging with Lawn Tractor Bagging with lawn tractor additional fee of five dollars ($5.00) per 39 gallon clear plastic leaf bag.
